In September 2022, Alex’s son – Daniel Yazdani was made a director at Hays Financial Centre.

With over 52 years combined company age’s, and over 100+ years of industry experience across the group’s business owners, Hays Financial Group have been and will continue to be a support network for our clients and guide them through their own bespoke journeys with the ever changing world of Finance.

Hays Financial Group continues to grow, knocking down the old and building the new head office in 2021 to cater for the 3 companies and their staff.

In 2016, Steve Hailes and Alex Yazdani decided to open the third company within the group with the formation of Hays Mortgage Solutions.

As Hays Financial Centre grew, the format of a group started to emerge with the birth of Hays Private Finance, formed in 2013 by Neil Sinfield and Alex Yazdani.

Formed in 1987 by Alex Yazdani, Hays Financial Centre was started in a bedroom with nothing more than a desk, a phone and an administrator (his wife Rose Yazdani).
