Formed in 1987 by Alex Yazdani, Hays Financial Centre was started in a bedroom with nothing more than a desk, a phone and an administrator (his wife Rose Yazdani). Together they bought premises in Grove Park in South East London and opened Hays Financial Centre’s very first office.
